It is important to make sure we are a good fit. Not all client-therapist relationships are a good match - alike to dating! Booking a free consultation gives each other a chance to evaluate whether we would be a good fit to work together.
A 15-minutes complimentary consultation is offered to clients to learn more about working with a therapist and discuss expectations from both. You will receive a phone call on the date and time agreed beforehand and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about starting therapy.
Life can be unpredictable but prioritising your mental health is important. It is understandable clients may not be able to commit to attending sessions on the same day or time therefore we do offer client the opportunity to book one session at a time- which makes therapy more accessible.
Online sessions are offered through telephone or video call from a space of your choice that is quiet, private and confidential for you. Sessions are typically weekly and each session generally last for 50-60 minutes. A good internet connection and headphones are recommended.
If you are feeling committed to making changes in your life with therapy - is aware it will be a process and is interested in booking more than 1 session - you can book a bulk session. Consistency is key in therapy as it fosters the perfect environment to create the meaningful changes you have been wanting to commit to (and to save £20 on bulk sessions!)
